CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

YOGA

Slow flow

Designed to relish the power of stillness and recalibrate the nervous system. Slow Flow works with breath-to-movement followed by deep stretching and longer holds, enhancing recovery and strengthening mental focus for climbing.

Vinyasa

Focuses on alignment and breath, guiding you through dynamic sequences of postures seamlessly connected by breath. Every class is different — each instructor brings their own unique style and approach to the practice.

Ashtanga Half
Primary

A led class synchronizing breath to a set sequence of postures. Builds strength, flexibility, and focus. All are welcome, though those entirely new to yoga may find this class more challenging.

Ashtanga Mysore

A self-paced practice with one-on-one instruction and hands-on adjustments. Students enter after 7 a.m. and work through their personal practice before the class closes at 9 a.m. New students must arrive at 7 a.m.

Deep Yin

Postures are held for 2 to 8 minutes to release stress and trapped emotions, targeting connective tissues and fascia. More challenging and held longer than in traditional yin classes — find your edge and rest in stillness.

Handstands

A community-oriented class exploring the upside-down world through drills, props, and foundational exercises. Builds strength, mobility, proprioception, and technique — beginner through advanced variations welcome.

Mobility

Taught by a Physical Therapist. Dynamic stretching, joint mobility work, and end-range strengthening to help your body handle the demands of climbing and promote long-term longevity.
