Intense, empowering, and a fun full body HIIT workout. Expect a range of functional movements that increase your strength, power, agility, balance, coordination and overall health. This class is open for all body types and can be done at your own pace. Bring a towel, and get ready to sweat!
MONDAYS AND FRIDAYS
modern dance & HIP HOP
Specializing in beginner/intermediate levels of hip hop and modern dance. The focus will be on developing foundations, technique and skill to utilize in choreography. As the overall skill increases, we'll be introducing a more choreography focused class that utilizes popping, locking, breakdancing, krumping, funk, and flow state movement.
Hip Hop: Saturdays at 5pm
Modern dance: saturdays at 6:30pm
Taught by a Physical Therapist, HiClimb Mobility classes offer dynamic stretching, joint mobility work, and end range strengthening to help your body endure the rigors of climbing to promote longevity.
