Terms & Conditions for Company and Team-Building Events
1. Booking & Payment

All events must be booked at least 17 days in advance.

Full payment is due at the time of booking.
-
Bookings are confirmed only once payment.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
-
Cancellations made more than 17 days prior to the event will receive a refund.
-
Cancellations made within 17 days of the event are not refundable.
-
Rescheduling may be offered at the discretion of management, subject to availability.
-
In the case of a force majeure a full refund or rescheduling may be offered.
3. Participant Requirements

All participants must complete a waiver/release form before participation.
-
Participants should wear appropriate athletic attire.
-
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
4. Supervision
-
All climbing activities are supervised by certified instructors.
-
Participants must follow all instructions and gym rules posted or given verbally.
6. Food & Beverage
-
Outside food and beverages are permitted in designated areas; please check with the gym in advance for recommendations or accommodations.
-
Alcohol may only be consumed in designated areas and with prior approval.
7. Private Rooms & Equipment
-
Private room rental is limited to 18 adults.
-
All climbing equipment is provided and maintained by the gym. Participants may use their own climbing equipment if applicable but is subject to inspection by HiClimb team members.
8. Photography & Media
-
Photos and videos may be taken during events for marketing purposes.
-
Please inform staff if you do not wish your group to be photographed.
9. Conduct
-
Everyone must adhere to the HiClimb Code of Conduct.
10. Black out date
-
No group bookings will be available during school holidays, public holidays, HiClimb community events or competitions.
-
Black out dates may be added due to unforeseen circumstances.
11. Changes to Terms
-
The gym reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
