Terms & Conditions
weekly membership New Year's Promo
1) MEMBERSHIP This agreement forms a legally binding contract between the Member and HiClimb and governs the Member’s access to and use of HiClimb’s Membership Services and physical facilities. Hereinafter, “you,” “your,” and other third-person pronouns refer to the Member.

2) MEMBERSHIP SERVICES The Weekly Membership includes access to the following services, subject to availability and facility rules:
- Climbing walls
- Gym and fitness equipment
- Bathrooms, lockers, and other sanitary amenities
- Group exercise and community event programming (excluding paid programs or events)
- 10% discount on select retail items (discounts subject to change)
- Discounts on training classes (discounts subject to change)
- One (1) First-Time Visitor Buddy Pass per day

3) BILLING CYCLE Weekly billing cycles begin on the day of the week the membership is purchased and renew every seven (7) calendar days thereafter.

4) FEES The standard Weekly Membership initiation (set-up) fee is $50.00. This initiation fee is waived at sign-up as part of a promotional offer and has no cash value.

If the Weekly Membership is canceled for any reason within the first thirty (30) calendar days of activation, the waived $50.00 initiation fee will be charged to the payment method on file. This charge reflects administrative and onboarding costs incurred at activation.
Weekly membership dues are non-refundable once billed.

5) AUTOMATIC WEEKLY RENEWAL & MINIMUM COMMITMENT Upon activation, the Weekly Membership automatically renews every seven (7) days on the same day of the week as the original purchase.
The Weekly Membership requires a minimum commitment of thirty (30) consecutive calendar days (four weekly billing cycles). Cancellation requests submitted before the completion of the 30-day minimum commitment will not take effect until the minimum commitment period has been satisfied, and the initiation fee policy in Section 4 will apply.

Freeze periods count toward fulfillment of the thirty (30) day minimum commitment.

6) TERMINATION OF CONTRACT After completion of the thirty (30) day minimum commitment, this contract may be terminated by the Member via phone, email, or in person at the facility.

HiClimb reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time for any reason.

Upon termination, the Member will retain access to Membership Services through the end of the current weekly billing cycle (the “Termination Period”). There will be no refunds or prorated refunds for membership fees already paid.

7) TRANSFER OF CONTRACT The HiClimb Weekly Membership is non-transferable.

If a Member upgrades from a Weekly Membership to a Monthly Membership while the Weekly Membership is active, the Weekly Membership initiation fee may be credited toward the Monthly Membership initiation fee. The Member is responsible for paying any difference.

Once the Weekly Membership is terminated, the initiation fee is not transferable or redeemable toward any other membership type.

8) MEMBERSHIP FREEZE Member may request to freeze their Weekly Membership on a week-to-week basis via phone, email, or in person at the facility. A freeze fee of $5.00 per week applies.

Time spent on freeze counts toward the thirty (30) calendar day minimum commitment. While frozen, the Member will not have access to Membership Services, but the membership remains active for billing and commitment purposes.

Exemption: Active-duty military members on official orders may request a freeze fee waiver with valid documentation.

9) LIMITED LICENSE All HiClimb names, services, logos, designs, text, graphics, software, content, and other intellectual property are owned exclusively by HiClimb LLC. Members receive no ownership rights and agree not to use HiClimb intellectual property in any manner inconsistent with this agreement.

10) REFUNDS HiClimb may issue refunds solely at its discretion on a case-by-case basis. Weekly membership fees, initiation fees, and renewal charges are otherwise non-refundable.

11) MEMBER CONSENTS Member agrees to hold HiClimb, its owners, affiliates, and representatives harmless from any tangible or intangible damage that may occur while participating in Membership Services.

Member acknowledges that HiClimb makes no guarantees regarding results. Any outcomes experienced during membership are the result of the Member’s personal choices and actions.

Member affirms that all information provided to HiClimb is accurate and agrees to notify HiClimb of any changes to personal information.

12) LIABILITY WAIVER Member agrees to complete and maintain a valid liability waiver prior to participating in any Membership Services.

13) ASSUMPTION OF RISK Member acknowledges that climbing is inherently dangerous and involves known and unknown risks, including risks arising from the actions of others. With full understanding of these risks, Member voluntarily chooses to participate in Membership Services.

14) INDEMNIFICATION Member agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HiClimb from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from the Member’s use or misuse of the facility, breach of this agreement, or conduct.
