Terms & Conditions
GT monthly membership
1) MEMBERSHIP: This agreement forms a legally binding agreement between Member and HiClimb and governs Member's access and use of HiClimb's Membership Services and physical facilities. In this agreement, ‘Member,’ ‘you,’ and ‘your’ refer to the individual entering into this agreement.
2) MEMBERSHIP SERVICES: The membership services provided by HiClimb are as follows:
- The climbing walls.
- Gym and fitness equipment.
- Bathrooms, lockers, and other sanitary amenities.
- Group exercise and event programming (does not include paid for programming or events).
- 10% discount to select retail items (discount % subject to change).
- Discounts on training classes (discount % subject to change).
- 1 Return Visitor Buddy Pass allowance per month.
- 1 First Time Visitor Buddy Pass per day.
- Member may use one (1) Buddy Pass per day, either for a First-Time Visitor or, once per calendar month, for a Return Visitor
3) FACILITY RULES & POLICIES: HiClimb reserves the right to establish and modify facility rules, operating hours, membership benefits, programming, guest policies, and risk management procedures at any time. Members agree to comply with all posted facility rules, program requirements, and staff instructions while using HiClimb facilities or participating in Membership Services.
4) FACILITY AVAILABILITY & ACCESS: Temporary closures, reduced access, route setting activities, special events, maintenance, weather events, staffing limitations, or circumstances outside of HiClimb’s control may impact facility availability, operating hours, or access to certain areas of the facility. Such circumstances do not entitle Members to refunds, credits, or extensions of membership.
5) BILLING CYCLE: Memberships are billed based on the original purchase date. Each billing cycle runs from one billing date to the next billing date.
6) FEES: The standard $99 initiation fee was waived for GT Monthly Memberships purchased between May 19, 2026 and June 19, 2026. Except where required by law, initiation fees are non-refundable.
7) AUTOMATIC MONTHLY RENEWAL: Once membership is activated, HiClimb will automatically process payment for the next billing cycle and will continue to do so on the date of purchase each month until Member terminates this contract.
8) TERMINATION OF CONTRACT: This contract may be terminated via phone, email, or in-person at the facility. HiClimb reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time for any reason. Upon termination, the Member will enjoy the remaining duration of the current billing cycle otherwise known as the Termination Period. The Member will still have access to Membership Services until the end of their termination period. There will be no refunds for past membership payments.
9) TRANSFER OF CONTRACT: The HiClimb GT Monthly Membership contract cannot be transferred.
10) MEMBERSHIP FREEZE: Members may place their membership on freeze status in full-month increments by submitting a request via phone, email, or in-person at the facility. Membership freezes require a minimum duration of thirty (30) days but may remain frozen indefinitely unless otherwise communicated by HiClimb. A $10.00 monthly freeze fee will apply while the membership is frozen. Military members on active orders may request a waiver of the freeze fee with proof of orders.
11) LIMITED LICENSE: Member acknowledges and agrees that HiClimb's name, services, and any logos, designs, text, graphics, software, content, files, materials, and any other intellectual property rights contained therein, including without limitation, any copyrights, patents, trademarks, proprietary or other rights arising thereof, are owned by HiClimb LLC. Members agree they will not do anything inconsistent with HiClimb's ownership of all the intellectual property discussed herein. Member further agrees that there are no rights, title, or interest in or to any membership services, except as stated in this agreement.
12) REFUNDS: HiClimb reserves the right to refund on a case-by-case basis.
13) MEMBER INFORMATION: Member agrees that all information provided to HiClimb is accurate and up to date.
Member agrees to notify HiClimb of any changes or upcoming changes concerning their personal information.
14) LIABILITY WAIVER: Member agrees to complete and maintain a current HiClimb liability waiver prior to participating in any Membership Services or accessing climbing areas.
15) ASSUMPTION OF RISK: Member acknowledges that climbing and fitness activities involve inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury or death. Member understands these risks are further described in the HiClimb liability waiver.
