HiClimb Youth Programs Late Pickup Policy
Our Youth Programs are designed to support young climbers through structured practices and camps while also respecting the schedules of our coaching team.
When a parent or guardian is delayed, our priority is always the well-being of the climber while working with families in an understanding and supportive way.

If Pickup Is Delayed
If a parent or guardian is more than 5 minutes late, a HiClimb coach will contact the parent or guardian to confirm pickup plans and estimated arrival time.

Coaches will remain with the climber near the front of the gym while waiting for pickup.

If We Cannot Reach a Parent or Guardian
If we are unable to reach a parent or guardian after multiple attempts, HiClimb may contact emergency contacts listed on the climber’s account.

Extended Delays
If a significant amount of time passes and no responsible adult can be reached, HiClimb may contact appropriate authorities to ensure the well-being of the climber.

Climbers Ages 16 and Older
For climbers ages 16 and older, once a parent or guardian has been contacted and pickup plans confirmed, a coach may conclude their shift and the climber may wait near the front of the facility until pickup arrives.

Communication
We understand that unexpected delays happen. If you know you will be running late, please contact the gym as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

Mahalo for helping us support our youth climbers and coaching team.
