The Experience Team Member is the voice and the face of HiClimb. They are the guides for all the experiences at HiClimb. There are several pathways for growth as instructors, coaches and management.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

The Operations Manager is a leader who supports and drives the Experience Team. The Ops manager will become an expert on HiClimb procedures and polices and ensures their team is operating cohesively.
