A private room is included for 2 hours, providing an air conditioned, dedicated space for your group to celebrate and relax before or after climbing.
Expert Guidance:

Enjoy 2 hours of climbing with 1 HiClimb Guide per 5 climbers, ensuring everyone gets hands-on instruction and support, no matter their experience level.
Essential Gear:

Shoes, harness, and chalk are provided so everyone is fully prepared to enjoy the experience.
Climbing Orientation & Introduction:

Each climber receives an orientation to ensure they feel confident and ready to climb.
Full Gym Access:

Your group has access to the entire gym, so you can explore all climbing areas and make the most of your experience.
The following restrictions apply to manage risk and insure the quality of your visit:

Non-Climbing Chaperones and spectators are not charged for entrance.

Groups of minors are responsible for maintaining the following youth to chaperone ratio:

5-9 years old 4:1
-
10-13 years old 6:1
-
14-17 years old 8:1
-
Entrance and gear availability is only guaranteed for confirmed groups.

Please arrive at least 20 minutes early to get checked in, and geared up.

Parties must be reserved at least two weeks in advance of the event date.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund if canceled over 2 weeks in advance; purchase is non-refundable within 2 weeks of scheduled date. However, they may be rescheduled at management’s discretion in the same month.

Groups of 16 or more participants are handled as special requests.

3. Arrive and Gear Up

Prior to your scheduled event, be sure everyone has completed their online liability waiver.

On the day of your event, our team will get everyone set up with gear, safety basics, and a quick orientation.

Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled event to get fitted for gear and facility orientation.
4. Climb and Connect

Experience a mix of guided instruction and engaging team challenges designed to build trust, communication, and collaboration.
5. Reflect and Celebrate

Wrap up with a group discussion, team photo, and take-home T-shirt. Your team will leave with lasting memories, stronger bonds, and increased comradery that will carry back into a thriving work culture.
Activity details
Building Foundations
Build trust, communication, and teamwork as you learn the fundamentals of climbing, rope work and communication techniques. Then you’ll put those new skills to use in the exciting challenges that follow!
Yoga Ball Up The Wall
this teamwork challenge, two climbers move in sync while balancing a yoga ball between them. Turning communication and problem solving into a fun, high-energy challenge of teamwork!
The Blind Ascent
In this trust challenge, one climber wears a blindfold and depends entirely on their teammates for guidance. Every call, pause, and correction matters as the group learns how trust, focus, and clear communication can turn chaos into coordination.
Tied To The Top
In this collaboration challenge, two climbers are tied together — hand, foot, or both — and must coordinate every move to make it up the wall. It’s a creative test of communication, adaptability, and teamwork in motion.
